These terms cover your use of Appricio, a travel-guide app owned and operated by Blissity LLC("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them. We've kept them plain — no surprises.
Using Appricio
Appricio gives you opinionated, locally-rooted recommendations for where you are and where you're going. It's for your personal, non-commercial use. Don't scrape it, resell its content, reverse-engineer it, or use it to build a competing dataset. Don't use it to break the law.
You can use the free tier — already-published cities, search, info, and a handful of saves — without an account or a payment.
Appricio Plus (subscription)
Appricio Plus is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks any new city on demand, unlimited saves, multi-day trips, and arrival notifications.
US$29.00 per year (or the equivalent shown in your local currency on the App Store), billed as one payment per year. A 7-day free trial is offered to new subscribers; if you don't cancel during the trial, it converts to a paid year.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel anytime in your device's Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Plus until the end of the period you've paid for. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under their Media Services terms. We can't issue App Store refunds directly, but email us if something went wrong and we'll help where we can.
Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies to your use of the app.
Content & accuracy
Appricio's recommendations, city guides, and event listings are editorial — assembled from public data, our own judgement, and AI assistance. We work to keep them accurate and honest, but opening hours change, places close, and events move. Always confirm the important details (hours, prices, bookings) directly before you rely on them. Recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees, and we're not responsible for your experience at a third-party venue or event.
Accounts
If you sign in (by email, Apple, or Google), keep your access secure — you're responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account anytime by emailing us; see the Privacy Policy for what we collect and how to have it erased.
Disclaimers & liability
Appricio is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Blissity LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; we'll change the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, surface them in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Blissity LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
