Support

How to get help, send feedback, or fix something that's broken.

Appricio is a small, hand-built product. There's no support ticket portal — just a real inbox, read by the founder. We usually reply within a day.

Best for: bug reports, suggestions, account questions, account deletion, partnership inquiries.

Common questions

Why doesn't Appricio show recommendations for my city?

We're live in 6 cities for now: Munich, Barcelona, Tokyo, San Francisco, New York, and London. Other cities will work in a degraded mode (basic Google Places + our editorial), but the full curated experience is in those six. We expand based on where users are — if you'd like your city added, email us.

How does Appricio pick what to show me?

A small engine that scores venues on time of day, weather, your energy level (low / medium / high), and what you've saved or dismissed before. AI editorial sits on top of that ranking to write the "why this, now" line. We don't sort by ads — we don't have ads.

Why is the event lane empty?

We curate the big stuff (festivals, sports tournaments, civic days). If a city has none of those running in the next 90 days, the lane is empty rather than padded with filler. Try another city, or check back in a few weeks.

I'm not getting push notifications.

Two things to check: (1) you're signed in (push tokens only register for authenticated users), and (2) you enabled notifications in your iOS / Android system settings AND in Appricio's You screen. If both are on and still nothing, email us with your account email and we'll look at the server logs.

How do I delete my account?

Email hello@blissity.com from the address tied to your account. We'll delete your saves, dismisses, push tokens, and authentication record within 14 days. No questions, no friction.

Is Appricio free?

Yes — currently free. If we ever add a paid tier (more cities, offline mode, group trip planning), it'll be opt-in. The base product is free.

Privacy
